At iBeamLove, we believe that Loving-Kindness Meditation a.k.a. Metta Meditation, is a profoundly healing practise both for the meditator and the receiver of Loving and Healing Attention and Intentions.
Our mission is to inspire You to direct your Loving Kindness through prayer, meditation, visualisation, intention, positive thoughts, or whichever way feels most natural to you.
Because Love has the power to heal, uplift, and transform. So do join us in spreading hope and healing by directing warm and kind thoughts, vibrations and energy to those You feel might need it or, just because it feels so darn good.
Together, we can make the world a warmer, brighter place.
“For it is in giving that we receive.”
What is Loving-Kindness meditation?
Metta Meditation (or Loving-Kindness Meditation is a powerful mindfulness practice that focuses on cultivating feelings of unconditional love, compassion, and kindness toward oneself and others.
Originating from Buddhist traditions, this form of meditation involves silently repeating phrases of goodwill and empathy, gradually extending these positive intentions from oneself to loved ones, acquaintances, strangers, and eventually all beings.
Metta Meditation is not only highly regarded for its benefits in enhancing emotional resilience, reducing stress, and promoting positive mental well-being for the meditator (by consistently practicing loving-kindness meditation, individuals can nurture a deeper sense of connection, empathy, and inner peace).
We deeply believe the Receivers of all this focussed loving attention greatly benefit from the practise in much the same way.
